Phases I and II are currently underway, on budget, and on schedule.. FCI, the Construction Manager/General Contractor firm for the District, and subcontractors have hired a number of locals for these phases.  Wiring has been run and crews are working on drywall and painting on all floors.  The basics for the new (historic) entryway have been completed. 

Most of the exterior work has been completed on the gym, including paint and new windows.  The interior is nearing completion with drywall and painting and with bathroom installation and finishing.  The new climbing wall has been installed and is ready for holds to be placed.  The school anticipates receiving the certificate of occupancy in mid-January, although there will be work continuing in the gym beyond that date.  The Board is developing policies for community use of this 'new' facility.
